Stretch your mind and your body in this beginner Pilates Class. The tower will challenge your balance and proprioception, as you develop control. Precise and dynamic movement on the Tower is sure to alleviate your back pain. This class will consist of you, your trainer, and up to 3 other students. We welcome all spinal conditions on the Tower, as we feel it is best when working with & around injury. (Please receive clearance from your trainer first).

The ultimate combination.....the stretch of the Tower and the strength of the Reformer. In this awesome combination class you will appreciate the peaceful lull of the reformers movement, reminiscent of flowing down a lazy river to some really cool and intense movement that you will learn to master like passing through level III white water. Hold on tightly, as this class can get real exciting!

When you can't decide which is your favorite piece of apparatus, just attend a combination class. Our Reformer/Chair Classes are great for increasing abdominal strength and building body awareness. This is a great class for when you're feeling strong and want to "power" through a session. At the same time for another student, this can be completely rehabilitative.

What a fabulous piece of equipment this is! Don't be intimidated by this tiny little chair, and certainly don't underestimate it's challenges. Sit, stand, lie down, and balance your way to alignment and grace. When you have mastered all of your pilates principles and feel fully in control, it's time to introduce the chair. Level I Chair will incorporate Mat work. Please talk with your trainer in regards to readiness before attending this class.
